OPERATION JABEZ (or "Operacion Jabes" in Spanish) is a group of evangelical Christian missionaries working in Guatemala, Central America. They are dedicated to training local pastors and church leaders to evangelize. They train new missionaries to work in Guatemala and other countries.

The intention is to reach the small village churches or mountain pastors who cannot travel to the large cities for training and/or pay for such training. OPERATION JABEZ offers seminars at no cost to the Central Americans, and the program is delivered on location to their village.

In conjunction with this program is the OPERATION JABEZ School of Missions which offers training to those seeking to work as a missionaries in Guatemala or other countries.
